Abstract: Academics and practitioners will log onto an intuitive user interface and type in features of their own company (e.g., its size and industry). They will immediately be greeted with an “instant meta-analysis” that summarizes decades of academic findings related to the most important predictors of creativity and innovation in organizations. The results, which will be summarized in easy-to-read charts and pie graphs, will be tailored to each organization based on its unique configuration of strengths and weaknesses. The most scientifically valid predictor of innovation in one company might involve clearer vision communication, whereas another organization might be better off providing their employees with more slack resources for their R&D projects. This project will seamlessly integrate cutting-edge practices related to AI, analytics, and innovation.
