David Robertson on How Lego Learned from Failure

Wharton Professor of Practice David Robertson, who spoke on the same topic at the Mack Institute’s June 2012 conference, was published in the October 2013 issue of Wired Magazine. In the article, Robertson describes how Lego learned from its flawed attempts at approaching innovation, stressing that companies should not lose sight of their history and core values as they move forward.
