Mack Institute co-director and Wharton professor Harbir Singh was featured in an article in Outsource Magazine. Singh was honored as one of the Academics of Outsourcing for the month of September, along with Jeffrey H. Dyer, a professor at Brigham Young University. The article cited Singh and Dyer’s paper, “The Relational View: Cooperative Strategy and Sources of Interorganizational Competitive Advantage”, as key to understanding the relationship between alliances and alignment in firms.
