Innovation Conversations
We translate research for the general public through events and programming that connect us to the rest of the university and beyond. Innovation Conversations are a mix of webinars and in-person events that connect Wharton research with real issues facing our communities.
Robotics For Healthcare
In collaboration with Penn robotics lab GRASP and the Center for Innovation in Precision Dentistry, this interdisciplinary research program explores potential uses and go-to-market strategies for robotic technologies for diagnostics, surgery, dentistry and other domains of healthcare.
Autonomous Vehicle for Electric Vehicles (AV4EV)
A collaboration between our Program on Vehicle and Mobility Innovation, Penn Engineering’s Safe Autonomous Systems Lab, and the Autoware Foundation, this initiative includes projects on Autonomous Material Transportation and Open-Source Software for Autonomous Vehicles.
Commercialization of Academic Science
This program explores ways to identify and assess the potential commercial value of early-stage academic innovations using big data, machine learning, and Generative AI. The goal is to equip researchers with a toolkit for managing both academic and practical impact of their inventions.
