The South Asian Leadership Conference at Penn is hosted by the UPenn South Asia Society, a student organization dedicated to promoting cultural unity and awareness among its members and the University of Pennsylvania community.
Dr. Saikat Chaudhuri, Executive Director of the Mack Institute for Innovation Management, and Dr. Anil Rustgi, Chief of the Division of Gastroenterology and T. Grier Miller Professor of Medicine and Genetics at the University of Pennsylvania Perelman School of Medicine, are lead faculty supporting the initiative.
The intent of this inaugural conference is to connect the young South Asian undergraduate community and create a network to mobilize the community in various professional fields. It is an opportunity for South Asian students to unite across the campus to pool their resources, meet each other, and become exposed to professional communities and opportunities. That being said, everyone is welcome!
Registration is free and lunch will be provided. Interested attendees can register online.
